In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, during the “ASTANA Eurasian Book Fair” it is prohibited to present or use for advertising purposes exhibits that:
- promote extremist or militaristic activities;
- contain ideas of racial or national superiority;
- insult the national dignity of other participants;
- contradict other requirements of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The exhibitor is solely responsible for ensuring that exhibits, their content, presentation, and accompanying documentation comply with the applicable legislation.

The organizers of the exhibition reserve the right to deny participation to exhibitors who violate the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In such cases, participation fees are non-refundable.
